monthly women’s circles
We hold monthly Women’s Circles in the Blue Mountains to create space for women to gather together, connect, move, release and rejuvenate.
PAST Women’s CIrcles:
To get a taste of some of our past events, check out the following for an overview of our past Women’s Circles:
Jan 2025: Vision boarding and manifesting for the new year
This women’s circle, hosted by Suzanne, focussed on manifesting for the new year. The circle opened with a cacao ceremony, followed by guided meditation then each woman creating her own vision board to take home to help direct her intentions for 2025. The circle closed with a final meditation and reiki energy healing.
Dec 2024: Release for growth ritual around the fire
This circle, hosted by Katie and Suzanne, brought women together around an outdoor fire for meditation, reflection and release. As part of the ritual, we meditated on what we wanted to release in order to create space for growth. We wrote the things we wanted to release on pieces of paper which we took turns to burn in the fire. As day turned to evening, we sat and reflected under the starts, sharing stories, laughter and support.
Nov 2024: Chakra bracelet making workshop and Women’s Circle
We began this circle with some gentle yoga and guided meditation, following by a cacao ceremony then discussion of the chakras. Suzanne then hosted a chakra bracelet making workshop, with a range of crystal beads available for everyone to intuitively choose from to make a bracelet to support energy flow and chakra balancing. Everyone enjoyed chatting and connecting while we made our bracelets, and each woman felt a sense of achievement and joy in making her own bracelet. We closed this circle with a ritual around the fire and then guided meditation.
Aug 2024: Dance and release
As part of our inaugural sisterhood retreat held in August, we held a Women’s Circle focussed on dance to open our bodies and help us embody our inner goddesses. Co-facilitated with our wonderful friend Popi, we guided people through some embodied dance, followed by yoga and meditation. Everyone loved the joy of dancing with jingly coin belts and letting our hips wiggle!
